INHUMANITY! Driver allegedly shot by soldiers in Akwa Ibom battling for survival

Doctors are reportedly battling to save the life of the driver that was allegedly shot by a soldier in Akwa Ibom on Wednesday afternoon.
Mr Godwin Udoaka, a driver with the transport section of the judiciary, was shot in the face when he reportedly dared to query the soldiers who were driving against traffic and causing road jam.
The soldier was said to have alighted from the Toyota Hilux vehicle he was riding in when Udoaka refused to give way.
He allegedly shot through the front windscreen of the bus and the passenger door. Udoaka was hit in the face and the soldier bolted.
“The soldier and the judiciary staff argued over right of way and in the process the army officer came down when the judiciary driver could not yeild to his order, cocked his gun and shot at the him. The sound of the gunshot caused pandemonium and passersby scampered for cover in nearby buildings and sheds,” a witness said.
Udoaka is now recuperating at the University of Uyo Teaching Hospital, UUTH, Akwa Ibom State as doctors battle to save his life.
The soldier is yet to be identified.
