“I saw it happen!” Witness narrates how bird turned to “old witch” in Port Harcourt
Reports said an “evil” bird transformed into a human being in Port Harcourt on Thursday.
Many are having a hard time believing the unbelievable story. I mean, how can a bird “change” into a woman?
But a resident of the area told Newsroom on Friday he’s a believer.
“The bird was electrocuted by the high tension electric cable,” he told our correspondent.
“A boy selling kerosene rushed to pick up the bird but on getting there it was no longer a bird. It was now an old woman.
“It happened at Ada George Port Harcourt.
“I was upstairs too when I saw something fell down like a bird. Immediately people started shouting that it’s an old woman.
“For those that don’t believe, how did the old woman climb up to the high tension cable?
“What I saw falling was a bird because there was electric sparks on the cable that really caught my attention.
“But on getting there, it was an old woman. This is the real truth of what happened,” he said.
We asked him what happened to the old woman.
“It’s like government sanitation people took her away. I didn’t see her again on my way out this morning,” he said.
