Hindatu Umar, 25, is the new chairperson of Argungu Local Government Area in Kebbi State. She’s got a secondary school certificate.
Argungu locals seemed excited to see Umar resume work on Thursday everyone wanted to be seen with her – they were “famzing” her.
Even these two guys acted like they were her security guards
Umar paid a courtesy visit to the Emir of Argungu Alhaji Samaila Muhammadu Mera and was mobbed.
