Four university students feared dead after campus shuttle suffered blowout
About four students were reported dead when a campus shuttle carrying students the Federal University Of Agriculture, Makurdi, Benue State somersaulted Wednesday afternoon.
The bus was said to have suffered a blow out and immediately burst into flames after it somersaulted and collided with a motorcycle.
Two of the students reportedly died on the spot, while two others died at the school’s clinic.
Reports say other injured students were receiving treatment at the hospital. The accident reportedly led to a protest and the school has been temporarily closed.
