Former Nigerian envoy to the Central African Republic, Ambassador Yahaya Tabari, is dead, the News Agency of Nigeria reports.
Tabari was killed in an auto-crash along the Kaduna-Zaria Expressway, Monday night.
According to a close relation to the family, Alhaji Abdurrahman Nuhu-Bayero, the deceased was 64 years old at the time of death.
Nuhu-Bayero said Tabari had worked with Nigerian Foreign Mission in several countries, including Saudi Arabia, Benin Republic and Central Africa Republic among others.
