Ezekwesili, Lai Mohammed, journalists in Sambisa Forest to find missing Chibok girls
Bring Back Our Girls (BBOG) group leaders Obiageli Ezekwesili and Aisha Yesufu are on their way to Sambisa Forest where many believe Boko Haram terrorists are still holding kidnapped Chibok Girls.
BBOG has been piling pressure on the government to rescue the girls who were abducted on April 14, 2014.
Information and culture minister Lai Mohammed invited selected members of the media and the BBOG on the Sambisa Forest “guided tour”.

Mohammed, in a letter dated January 11, said the trip would avail the BBOG group the opportunity to witness and better understand the efforts being made to secure the freedom of the abducted girls.
The tour comes at a time after the Nigerian military captured Sambisa Forest from Boko Haram.
Some of the abducted girls were released by the terrorists whom the government claimed to have “totally” crushed. Others were found around the vast forest.
