Ex-NIMASA boss, Patrick Akpobolokemi, threatens to slap female journalist

Patrick Akpobolokemi, a former Nigerian political appointee who is facing trial over several allegations of corruption angered Nigerians after threatening to slap a woman.
Akpobolokemi is the former Director General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA).
He appeared at a Federal High Court in Lagos on Thursday.
As he left the court premises, a dutiful female journalist followed him hoping to ask some questions. She was openly filming the man and his lawyers.
When Akpobolokemi noticed her, he lost his cool and hit the woman’s hands making the camera lose focus.
He then threatened to slap the female journalist who told him “you cannot slap me”.
