Tottenham Trash Manchester United in EPL Cracker

London side, Tottenham Hotspur, have defated Manchester United in their English Premier League (EPL) clash on Sunday evening.

Spurs ran out 3-0 at Old Trafford as United Coach, Erik Ten Hag, rues his miserable start to the season.

Goals from Brennan Johnson, Dejan Kulusevski and new striker signing, Dominic Solanke, sealed the win for the the away side as the EPL season heats up early on.

Spurs began the encounter in the best possible manner when, in the 3rd minute, defender, Micky van de Ven, squared the ball for forward, Brennan Johnson, to tap in from close range.

Timo Werner then missed an absloutely sitter in the 39th minute of the match.

Things were going from bad to worse for the Red Devils when forward, Bruno Fernandes saw red for a rash challenge on Spurs midfielder, James Maddison.

For more bad luck, United holding midfielder, Kobbie Mainoo, hobbled off injured soon after and was susequently replaced by former Chelsea star, Mason Mount.

Despiet the numerical disadvantage, the scores remain 1-0 going into the break.

Tottenham wasted no time after the restart, Kulusevski, scoring Spurs’ second two minutes later.

The rains soon poured down in Manchester, making playing conditions somewhat difficult for both sides.

This did not deter Spurs as they addded another goal in the 77th minute, Solanke tapping in from a Pape Sarr pass.

While United had the odd chance or two to, maybe, hurt Spurs, the London side controlled things and saw out the game, 0-3 winners.

The win sees Spurs move up to 8th position on 10 points and two points behind Liverpool in top spot.
