The case against Bangladesh’s former Prime Minister, Sheikh Hasina, was filed by Amir Hamza.

Hamza explains that the grocerery shop owner, Abu Saeed, was killed on July 19 when he was hit by a stray bullet while Police fired at prosters.
Hamza holds the ex-PM responsible for the death after the latter called for the protests.
“I am the first ordinary citizen who showed the courage to take this legal step against Sheikh Hasina for her crimes. I will see the case to an end,” Hamza stated.
Magistrate Rajesh Chowdhury has now called on the Police to carry out a thorough investigation into the matter.
