Chinese man faces deportation for calling Kenyans, President “black monkey”
A Chinese man was recently arrested by the Kenyan government for making strong racist remarks about the citizens and president of the country.
A video circulating on social media shows the Chinese businessman, Liu Jiaqi calling the country’s nationals “monkeys”.
Liu said in the video: “Everyone, every Kenyan, like a monkey, even Uhuru Kenyatta, All of them. I don’t belong here, I don’t like talk with them, it smells bad, and poor and foolish and black. I don’t like them.
“Why not like the white people, like the American? I only stay in Kenya because money is important.”
AFP reports that Liu is set to be deported by the Kenya immigration department.
“His work permit has been cancelled and he will deported based on racism grounds” the country’s immigration said on its Twitter.
