Car rams into stationary truck in ghastly accident in Lagos
A passenger car has rammed into a parked Truck in Ojuelegba at about 7:45 am on Saturday morning (today).
Operatives of the rapid response are on ground and a tumult of crowd has surrounded the scene of the accident.
The ghastly accident still has the passenger car stuck beneath the truck at the time of this report.
The driver of the car is trapped while the truck driver and his assistant have reportedly taken to their heels.
Many of the heavy duty trucks break down on Lagos roads and are not taken off for long periods of time. Some are in the habit of parking indiscriminately in the middle of the road.
Motorists are also advised not to drink while driving.
