Breaking: Free at last, Biafra’s Kanu can go home
Finally, Nnamdi Kanu can go home.
Reports just coming in say that the Director of Radio Biafra has been released, by a Federal High Court in Abuja.
Kanu has been in the custody of the State Secret Service since he was arrested in October.
The Justice Adeniyi Ademola led Federal High Court ruled on Thursday that the continued incarceration of Kanu by the DSS was unlawful.
Kanu was, Wednesday, discharged by Shuaibu Usman of the magistrate court in Wuse II, Abuja, of all counts of criminal conspiracy, intimidation and leading an unlawful society brought against him by the Federal Government.
