Anambra: Man, 27, kills father, stabs stepmother over refusal to give him money
A commercial motorcycle operator, Ifeanyi Oguejiofor has been nabbed for the alleged killing of his father.
The 27-year-old was said to have murdered his father with a kitchen knife, and nearly stabbed his stepmother to death.
The incident which happened on Saturday, March 3, at Abatete community in Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State.
According to Oguejiofor’s stepmother, Josephine, who survived the attack, the suspect has been demanding money from her and his father.
She alleged that Oguejiofor attacked them because they could not raise the money he requested.
Oguejiofor has since been arrested by the State Police Command.
