Yinka Peter Odumakin was a courageous activist, prolific writer, and social commentator who gained a reputation for speaking out against oppression and bad governance.
Until his death on April 2, 2021, aged 54, he remained vocal about his call for restructuring and true federalism. It would be hard to fill the void his death has left in the Nigerian activism and political space.
