Wife abandonned for giving birth to 6 children

This is the third time 34-year-old Mrs. Ruth Uche will be birthing twins, the previous two occasions through Caesarian section.
“You know as women, we cannot deny our husband that thing whenever they request for it,” she told The Nation.
“I was using traditional way of family planning where I calculate some days before having intercourse. It was working for me. You can see my first set of twins is four years old.”
She delivered the first set in 2009 to Emeka Benjamin Uche, 39, whom she married the previous year. The couple met in an Abia village in 2002.
Emeka, apparently, could not handle the the task of fathering six children, so he ran away and left his wife of seven years in an obviously difficult situation.
But the abandoned wife said her runaway husband always demanded “the thing.” He was so demanding, she said, that the number of children would have been more had she not aborted a few pregnancies.
“Whenever I mistakenly take in, he would say that I was pretending. Sometimes, I would go through long process to abort the pregnancy.
“After that, another one would happen. I would still have to go through the process again to abort it.
“When this one happened he still insisted that I was pretending until the pregnancy became obvious,” she said.
“My elder brother, who could have also helped, is very angry with me for giving birth to another set of twins. He warned me before not to have any other child after the two sets of twins, especially with the kind of husband I have.
Mrs Uche left her home at 32, Awori Street, Agege and showed up at the Lagos State Secretariat, Alausa, Thursday; with Goodness and Godnews, John and Joyce, as well as Daniel and Daniella.
“I want Nigerians to help me because there is nobody to pay their school fees,” she pleads.
