VIDEO: LASEMA speaks on Ikorodu tanker accident

The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) speaks on how it prevented a fuel tanker from exploding after it fell and spilled its content on Ikorodu expressway, Lagos.
Other government agencies were also there to save the day.
Lagosians who witnessed the accident recounted how they ran for dear lives in fear the tanker would exploded. They thought it was a petrol tanker.
