TRAGIC: Boys survive as parents, sisters die in Christmas morning crash
Four people were instantly killed in a car crash this Christmas morning. They were members of the same family.
The family’s vehicle collided head-on with a truck near Makhado, in Louis Trichardt area of South Africa.
Both parents and their two daughters, aged two and 14, died at the scene of the accident, Friday morning.
Their sons, aged seven and eight, along with the truck driver; escaped with their lives and some injuries, Limpopo police said.
They had to be freed from the wreckage using rescue tool Jaws of Life.
The family, as well as the truck driver were from Zimbabwe..
