Terrorists Kill Vigilante Leaders, Others, In Katsina
Suspected terrorists have reportedly killed the leader of Kandawa Community vigilante group in Katsina.
News of this came to the fore after a social media reaction to it on Friday on the popular platform, X (formerly Twitter).
According to X user, @ DanKatsina50, four men of Katsina Community Watch Corps (CWC), were also killed in the attacks.
The incident is reported to have occurred along the Yan Gamji to Batsari road in Batsari LGA, Katsina State.

“Yesterday evening, bandits ambushed the Katsina Community Watch Corps (CWC) along the Yan Gamji to Batsari road in Batsari LGA, Katsina State.
“They shot and killed five CWC members including the leader of the Kandawa Community vigilante group, wounded one CWC member and abducted three residents of Yan Gamji during the attack,” the User tweeted.
Following the news of thsi development, the Katsina state Police Command are, however, yet to deny or confirm the story.
