Nigerians, travel to anywhere but Libya, Mrs Abike Dabiri-Erewa, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, has warned.
Many of the patients flee due to their inability to pay for medical expenses incurred after being abandoned by their relatives, medical personnel in Ilorin have said.
