Why IPOB members attacked the Hausa community in Rivers

If war should break out today, there are Northerners living in the SE, people from other parts of Nigeria and even foreigners , how does all these concern all the innocent people who left their place of origin in search of adventure to earn a living? What is their problem with restructuring, assuming they ever heard of the word?
