Little Kamil has sepsis – a potentially life-threatening complication from an infection – not cancer.
His mother, Portia shared this photo on Instagram, asking people to report anyone doing this with her son’s photo.

Kamil is currently being treated at a Children’s Hospital in Philadelphia..
