Police officers “leak” cases to me, I give them mad sex – teenage prostitute
At least 90 per cent of police officers who had sexual relations with an under-aged girl did not pay cash for “her services”.
The policemen instead “paid in kind” by sharing information about criminal investigations with the prostitute.
Celeste Guap, the lady making the revelations, said she was a minor when at least 32 police officers slept with her at different times.
Guap, now 18, said she was first paid for sex at the age of twelve. Her first encounter with a police officer came at age 16, she said.
Guap said only three of the police officers paid her with money. The rest wouldn’t pay but would share information about investigations with her so she continued offering them “free services”.
Although she was under-aged at the time, Guap said all the sexual relations were consensual.
Her recent revelations sparked the probe of at least seven law enforcement agencies in California Bay.
At least three chiefs from the Oakland Police Department resigned with one of them committing suicide after Guap went public with the information she had kept secret for years.
Guap told ABC she felt guilty about the policemen who lost their jobs and the one who lost his life after she went public.
