Carles Puyol, former FC Barcelona captain, has just arrived Lagos as part of the UEFA Champions League Tour presented by Heineken®.
The football legend who arrived at the Murtala Mohammed Airport this morning, was received by hundreds of football fans.
As part of the numerous encounters planned by Heineken®, the football superstar met with Dr. Kweku Adedayo Tandoh, the Executive Chairman and Chairman Governing Board of the Lagos State Sports Commission, the Lagos State Executive Council and members of the Lagos State Sports Commission at the Lagos State House and let’s just say Dr Tandoh who represented the Lagos State Governor was beyond star struck and had an exciting morning.
Puyol then made his way to the Nigerian Breweries Headquarters in Iganmu, where staff and lucky consumers got to meet the three time champions league winner and engage with the trophy.
