The Managing Director, International Monetary Fund, Mrs Christine Lagarde was at the state house in Abuja, Tuesday.
And amidst cynical comments that the IMF MD came to force more loans down the country’s throat, Lagarde said that she is not in Nigeria to negotiate an IMF loan and added that she sees no reason why the country would need IMF money.
