OMG! Son rapes sister; their mother defends him in court
The father and mother did not agree about who is culpable after their son raped his sister, their daughter.
While the brother was being tried for the rape, the father gave evidence for the prosecutors while the mother gave evidence for the defence team.
He was eventually found guilty and given a prison sentence. But the family is in shreds.
A family court judge has ruled that the teenage girl must live with her father to whom, he said, she was “loyal”.
Judge Gareth Jones however directed that she be supervised by social services.
Nobody can legally be identified and the brother’s age was not revealed in the case at a family court hearing in Rhyl, Denbighshire in the United Kingdom..
