Nasarawa: Man, son die in accident on way to daughter’s wedding
A man and four other members of his family lost their lives in a tragic accident in Nasarawa on New Year day.
The victims, which include a father, his son and other family members were reportedly on their way to the wedding Fatiha of the man’s eldest daughter.
The incident, according to eyewitnesses, occurred when the vehicle conveying the family to the wedding venue had a head-on collision with a tanker along Lafia-Agyaragu road.
Two other persons suffered varying degrees of injuries, according to a staff of Dalhatu Specialist Hospital who confirmed the incident.
They were receiving treatment at the Accident and Emergency Unit of the hospital.
