Monday Wahala: Fire destroys popular Yola market
Traders are counting their losses after an early morning inferno destroyed a popular market in Yola, the Adamawa state capital.
The Yola South Main Market was gutted by the fire which witnesses said began around 3:00 a.m. on Monday.
Fire fighters, some of them from the American University of Nigeria (AUN), have reportedly contained the flames.
We don’t know if anyone was killed or injured in the fire accident.
We also don’t know the cause of the fire.
