Man who tied employee like goat for “stealing” to be charged with conspiracy and assault

Odunuga accused of forcefully transporting his employee from Lagos to Abuja
Odunuga will be charged with conspiracy and assault for attempting to forcefully transport his employee from Lagos to Abuja.

The boss who allegedly tied his employee’s hands and legs like a goat in a bid to transport him to Abuja will be charged to court on Monday, Police has revealed.

Engr. Wole Odunuga had accused his worker, Daniel Dabis of stealing his money and absconding to Lagos. He said he traced Dabis to Mile 12 market in Lagos and bundled him at the back of a Hilux van.

Operatives of the Lagos State Police Rapid Response Squad (RRS) foiled Odunuga’s plan on Wednesday night.

Dabis, a Plateau State native, however denied stealing Odunuga’s money but said he only took a ladder and wheelbarrow, valued at N110,000 and N90,000 respectively.
