Man stabbed to death in city row over jacket

Kabba Kamara was only 23 when he was slashed across the stomach with a broken bottle, Sunday. 24 hours later, he died at the Royal London Hospital.
He was stabbed outside Italian restaurant, Caravaggio, in London.
He had been with his older brother and a small group of friends at an R&B night held monthly in the restaurant.
Witnesses said he was followed outside and attacked in the street following an argument over a jacket in the cloakroom.
It was a trivial row in the cloakroom as two men bumped into one another and words were exchanged, a witness said.
He added that Kamara was not involved but tried to calm the situation. He was later attacked outside the restaurant as he left with two girls.
The witness added: “He tried to walk back towards the venue where his friends were and collapsed about 150 yards away. They slashed a bottle across his stomach.
“He was at the party with his older brother. He would never usually go out. He wasn’t that type of person.”
The City of London Police have launched a murder investigation after arresting four men aged 24 to 28 near the scene who have since been bailed..
