Protests and walks are not new in Nigeria. Why is the Government scared about the 2Baba protest? Because they know the power of the people!!!
Our present government used protests and walks as tools in their bid to get into power, so they understand what it means for a non politician to lead a protest with thousands following without being financially induced. They KNOW it is a People’s protest. They KNOW the people are unhappy. THEY KNOW! THEY ARE WORRIED! THEY WOULD WANT TO STOP IT AT ALL COST!!!

Nov 28,2013: General Muhammadu Buhari and Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu led a protest from the APC Secretariat to the INEC office in Abuja to demand the cancellation of Anambra election and sack of Jega.
Nov 19, 2014: GMB, Amaechi, Lai Mohammed led and participated in a protest in Abuja. They called it the “Salvation Rally”. The rally had many APC big wigs in attendance.
Mar 7, 2015: Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Ambode, Osinbajo and APC leaders led the 1 Million Walk for Change in Lagos.
We shouldn’t allow them stifle us. Even if the Police is insisting we shouldn’t walk or protest, we should gather. We should lay a foundation for a people induced change. We should kick start a new conversation, a people led conversation.
