The Israeli military has announced the death of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah following a targeted strike in Beirut. Military spokesman Lieutenant Colonel Nadav Shoshani broke the news on X, stating simply, “Hassan Nasrallah is dead.”

Captain David Avraham further confirmed to AFP that Nasrallah was “eliminated” during strikes that took place on Friday, September 27, in the Lebanese capital.
