How Police AIG Zone2&MrCharles destroyed&carted away properties
A disputed piece of land with c/o in the name of Akinogun-Apotun Royal family of Oregun, Ikeja between Engineer Kunle Okunola and Charles Ifidon which is presently before Hon. Justice M. O Emeya(Mrs) at Ikeja High court, but due to the gift of money and promise of parcel of land on the property by Mr Charles Ifidon. The AIG Zone2 Mr Aderanti Kayode led his men in collaboration with Mr Charles Ifidon to destroy and cart away and to dispossess Engr. Kunle Okunola the status quo to be maintained as ruled by the court pending the determination of the case.
Meeting with Aderanti the AIG a day before the incident, he acknowledged the court ruling that both party should maintain the status quo and observe the court ruling and even jokingly alleging us of taking resources of Lagos to Abuja in writing petition on the matter which led us to give him a gift of three hundred thousand Naira with other gift items like perfume, toiletries and vitamins but to our amazement he ordered his men to vandalized/destroyed and abuse court process in favor of Mr Charles Ifidon.
LIST OF ITEMS DAMAGED, VANDALIZED AND CARTED AWAY BY LAGOS STATE TASK FORCE USED IN PERPETRATING THIS EVIL.
*Three DAF trucks loaded with 3 number Tokunbo engines,40 rims with tyres,8kegs of engine n hydraulic oil,2box gears etc were carted away.
*Iveco and Daf trailers,Daf Hiab tipping trucks were seriously damaged in the compound
*640feet length perimeter fence destroyed,security office and equipments destroyed,welding machine and 100kva generator,4water pumps,2mixer machines,destroyed.
*Staffs quarters and personal belongings,10000pieces of concrete blocks,insulator wires,electrical poles,6metal gates,200bags of cement all were destroyed.
*Staffs boots,33shovels and construction items 28 hundred AmAmps batteries were all carted away.
This is not the real story according to the eyes witness and the findings . The AlG or police did not demolish the fence, the fence was demolished by the court Sheriff as you can even see it in the picture and action was taken due to the court order delivered by one ikeja high court judge some time last year and was just monitored by the police to keep peace and protect the court sheriff to execute the court order. That is the real story.
So have u seen where court put down some one property without judgement on the matter,is well I pray you shall witness such treatment in life where people destroyed all you worked for in a minute using self help
Bloody liar. I was an eyewitness. Court asked both parties to maintain status quo but the so calles Charles decided to take law in his hands.
