The proposed university will focus on developing academic and professional programs that lead to diplomas, first degrees, and advanced degrees, emphasizing skills in planning, development, and productivity within the realm of Nigerian languages. The goal is to cultivate graduates who are not only proficient in these languages but also equipped to contribute meaningfully to national development.

Beyond language education, the institution aims to serve as a catalyst for innovation and research, helping to optimize the use of Nigeria’s natural and human resources. It will also collaborate with other national institutions dedicated to the training and development of Nigerian languages and cultures.
