The Gambia: UN removes Jammeh’s photo from US embassy
Yahya Jammeh may now be properly addressed as “former President of The Gambia”.
The Gambia UN mission made a symbolic gesture in recognising the new President Adama Barrow.
The mission took down Jammeh’s photo from its office wall replacing it with that of “the people’s choice” Adama Barrow.
