Facebook rile at Nigeria lawmaker brawl

It’s no longer news that lawmakers in Nigeria’s House of Representatives exchanged blows in furtherance of their leadership tussle, so called.
The Mace, the floor’s symbol of authority, allegedly disappeared during the brawl.
Someone probably took it away so the “honorable” members won’t smash it on each other’s heads. Anyone remembers Rivers State House of Assembly?
Well, social media seemed shocked, angry and amused by the development.
Here’s what Facebook user, Funke Philips, had to say about it:
“I need a job where I can go to work, fight and argue with my coworkers and just be a general nuisance. Then when I’m tired of fighting with my coworkers, our boss would close the office for a month yet I’ll still get paid.”
“Don’t forget you also get wardrobe allowance for the clothes you tear while fighting with your coworkers,” another user Omotunde Akiode quipped in the comments section.
Another user, Ajinomoh Victoria, said “Hmmmm! Parents that become thugs at work.”
“Before proceeding to your NASS office, please take my piece of advice. You need helmet and tooth guard because of flying object, chairs, and bottles,” another user, Olawale Babatunde-Oscar, advised.
Ifeayl Henx Henx was appeared serious as he observed that “our legislators don’t seem ready to serve…Its pathetic.”
