Buhari Felicitates With Ex-SGF, Mustapha, On Birthday
Ex Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari, has offered his congratulations to the former Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Boss Mustapha, on the occassion of his birthday.
Buhari expressed his warm regards to Mustapha in a statement released by his former spokesperson, Garba Shehu, on Tuesday.
The Ex. President hailed the contributions of Mustapha to his administration and labelled him a “leader” of great qualities.
“Hearty congratulations and best wishes to Boss as you celebrate your birthday.
“Your far-reaching vision and strong leadership paved the way for all that we achieved as an administration,” Buhar stated.
Mustapha served as SGF under Ex President Buhari from 1 November 2017 – 29 May 2023.
While noting the great ideas Mustapha offered him while in office, Buhari prayed for the ex SGF to enjoy good health and long life.
“I pray to God Almighty to keep you happy, safe, and healthy to continue to benefit your family and the country with your amazing work. Many happy returns!” Buhari ended.

Buhari’s congratulatory message is but one in a myriad of goodwill messages being sent to Mustapha on his nameday.
Mustaphi is a lawyer by profession and a graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University.
His political ties includes stints with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) from 1998-2006 and Action Congress from 2006–2013.
He moved to the All Progressives Congress (APC) from 2006 were he remains a member till date.
