Four Freed as Nigerian Troops Dismantle Kidnappers’ Camp in Delta Forest

The Nigerian Army has successfully rescued four individuals held captive by kidnappers in Delta State. Acting on credible intelligence, troops from the 63 Brigade launched a daring operation on Monday, December 9, targeting a known kidnappers’ hideout in Ugbolu Forest.

The operation resulted in a fierce gunfight between the troops and the kidnappers. Following the battle, the captives were safely rescued. The victims, who had been held for several days while the kidnappers demanded ransom payments, were promptly given medical attention and reunited with their families.
