APC Congratulates Aiyedatiwa on Ondo Victory, Hails His Leadership and Policies
The All-Progressives Congress (APC) has extended heartfelt congratulations to Lucky Aiyedatiwa following his resounding victory in the Ondo State governorship election, calling his win a powerful endorsement of his leadership and policies.

In a statement released shortly after the election results were announced, APC spokesman Felix Morka expressed pride in Aiyedatiwa’s re-election, emphasizing that the outcome reflected the alignment of the governor’s administration with the people’s aspirations.

“The APC heartily congratulates the Governor of Ondo State, His Excellency, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, on his re-election,” Morka stated. “Your Excellency’s resounding victory in the just-concluded Ondo state gubernatorial election is a clear attestation that your administration’s policies and programmes, and campaign message of hope and consolidation have resonated deeply with the electorate.”
Aiyedatiwa, the incumbent governor, was declared the winner of the election on Sunday afternoon, defeating his closest rival, Agboola Ajayi of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), by a significant margin. The APC quickly hailed the result as a testament to Aiyedatiwa’s effective governance, with Morka expressing confidence that the governor would continue to build on his achievements.

The APC also took the opportunity to thank the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), security agencies, and all stakeholders for their professionalism and dedication in ensuring the successful conduct of the election.

“We commend INEC and the security agencies for their professionalism and patriotism in the discharge of their constitutional roles during the election,” Morka said. “We also thank the Ondo electorate for their sustained and highly valued support of our great Party.”
