12 people just died in a multiple auto crash on Lagos/Ibadan Expressway and the police want you to help identify them

Two of the victims are female, the Nigerian Police said in a statement on its website.

On 31st July, 2015 at about 6:10am, there occurred a fatal multiple road traffic accident at Alapako Area of Ogunmakin along the Lagos/Ibadan Expressway. Vehicles involved are;
i. Mark Truck Reg. No. [OYO] MAP 294 XA driver yet to be identified
ii. IVECO Truck Reg. No. [LAGOS] KTU 277 XP driven by one Yusuf Lawal ‘m’ of Oremeta Street, Okoko-Maiko Lagos.
iii. Hiace Bus Reg. No. [LAGOS] LND 21 XC driven by one Sirajo ‘m’
iv. Mazda Bus with Reg. No, [OYO] LUY 157 XA driver yet to be identified

Eye witnesses stated that the both Hiace Bus and Mazda Bus ran into the wreckage of the just occurred crash involving the Mack Truck and IVECO Truck.

Unfortunately, twelve (12) persons lost their lives on the spot (male-10 and female-2), Most of the victims were passengers of one of the buses; a Lagos-Bound bus from Ibadan. Corpses evacuated and deposited at Fakoya Hospital Sabo, Sagamu and Fara Hospital Ishara-Remo both in Ogun state. Police Motor Traffic Division (MTD) Ogunmakin, Ogun state is investigating.
